Theresa provides high-level support to leaders of the organization and the operations team. This involves preparing materials, coordinating meetings, tracking projects, and maintaining internal systems. She views every interaction with stakeholders as a moment for the organization to shine and works to advance the network’s priorities. A creative and thoughtful colleague, Theresa collaborates across departments to share information and keep team members up to date on important developments. She is committed to using her talents and skills to improve education for children across the country and joined Chiefs for Change after spending 17 years at Broward County Public Schools (BCPS). Most recently, for eight years, she was executive assistant to the BCPS superintendent. Theresa earned her bachelor’s degree in public administration from Barry University.
