Chiefs for Change released the following statement on the Supreme Court declining to hear the DACA Case:
“While the Supreme Court’s decision today continues temporary judicial relief, DACA recipients who are waiting in limbo deserve nothing short of a permanent solution. We continue to urge Congress to pass a bipartisan legislative solution that will protect Dreamers and provide certainty for students and educators. We will not turn our attention away from this issue until these young Americans are free from fear and free to learn.”
