Today is a good day for students, families, and teachers in Denver. As a result of Superintendent Susana Cordova’s leadership, Denver Public Schools will maintain incentives for teachers in the highest-poverty schools and those who hold positions that are the hardest to fill. We applaud the compromise and the district’s commitment to compensating teachers as the professionals they are.
