As the director of finance, Alicia conducts monthly financial analyses and handles bookkeeping and other related tasks. Her professional experience includes roles in accounting and human resources at private, public, and non-profit organizations. Prior to Chiefs for Change, she was a staff accountant for the Georgia School Boards Association. Alicia earned her bachelor’s in accounting from DeVry University and her master’s in higher education leadership from Mercer University.
