As a senior associate on the Membership and Future Chiefs team, Ally provides support to our Future Chiefs leadership development program, which is focused on cultivating the next generation of talented and diverse state and district chiefs. She maintains databases, prepares materials, tracks information, and helps to coordinate important meetings and events. Prior to joining Chiefs for Change, Ally was an elementary school teacher in Maryland. She began her career in education with Teach For America as a corps member based in Delaware.

Ally earned her bachelor’s degree in public policy and administration from the University of Delaware and her advanced certification in teaching from the Johns Hopkins School of Education. She is an alumnus of the Leadership for Educational Equity fellowship program.
